If product purchased from TYPhonePart does not function properly (physical damage or damage caused by incorrect installation and usage are excluded) within 14 days of receipt of the goods. You can ask for a refund or exchange.

Unless otherwise stated, all items can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the goods for a full refund or exchange (excluding shipping costs)

Received Defective Parts:
•DOA, Dead on Arrival: Please refuse the package (from the courier) if it looks like it has been opened or is visibly damaged, and contact us to let us know. If you have accepted a damaged package and the products inside are physically damaged or nonfunctioning please contact us as soon as possible.You need to contact us within 7 days after receiving the package and provide the following information so that we can promptly file a claim with the shipping company:
•Pictures of the front and back of the shipment box. •Pictures of the front and back of the product that has physical damages.
If you don't provide the relevant information of the DOA (dead on arrival) item within 7 days after receiving, we will reject your refund and exchange request. Pictures of the front and back of the product that has physical damages.
Wrong parts ordered
